Shipping Methods
- International Destinations:
- Asia, Europe, Canada, UK: Japan Post International ePacket Light or EMS (Express Mail Service)
- USA: Commercial courier service (DHL, FedEx, or similar)
- All items come with a tracking number
- Note: Due to current postal restrictions, we use commercial courier services for shipments to the United States. This ensures reliable and trackable delivery.
Shipping Time
- Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time after shipment:
- Asia: 7-12 days
- USA (courier): 5-10 days
- Europe/Canada/UK: 10-16 days
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region.
- Delays may occur during busy seasons or due to customs inspections.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment.
- For Asia/Europe/Canada/UK: Track via Japan Post Tracking Service.
- For USA: Track via courier company website (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
- Tracking is also available via your local postal service.
Shipping Cost
- All shipping costs are included in product prices.
- Shipping will be displayed as 0 JPY at checkout.
- No additional shipping fees at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes ⚠️
- IMPORTANT: Customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in product prices.
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
- All customs and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- You will be required to pay these fees directly to customs or the delivery carrier upon receipt.
🇺🇸 USA
- No duty-free threshold (eliminated August 2025)
- All shipments subject to customs duties: 0-7%
- Processing fees: $5-30 per package
- Most figure imports from Japan: 0% duty + processing fees
🇨🇦 Canada
- Tax-free up to C$20 only
- Duty: 0-8% above threshold
- GST: 5% (always applied)
- PST/HST: 5-15% (varies by province)
- Typical total: 10-28% on most orders
🇬🇧 UK
- Tax-free up to £135 (until December 31, 2026)
- Duty: 0-4.5% above threshold
- VAT: 20% (on orders above £135)
- Note: Duty exemption will be removed by March 2029
🇪🇺 European Union
- Tax-free up to €150 (transitioning to full duty by 2028)
- Duty: 0-4.7%
- VAT: 19-27% (varies by country)
- Germany: 19%, France: 20%, Italy: 22%, Spain: 21%
🇨🇳 China
- Tax-free up to ¥50 only ($7 USD)
- Duty applies to almost all orders: 13-25%
- Customs clearance is strict
🇹🇼 Taiwan
- Tax-free up to NT$2,000 ($62 USD)
- Duty: 5-10% above threshold
- Relatively lenient customs
🇰🇷 South Korea
- Tax-free up to $150
- Duty: 8%
- VAT: 10%
- Typical total: 18% on orders above $150
🇹🇭 Thailand
- Tax-free up to ฿1,500 ($43 USD)
- Duty: 0-30% (varies significantly)
- VAT: 7%

- If you refuse to pay customs fees, the item will be returned to us.
- Return shipping costs and re-shipment fees will be charged to the customer.
- We are not responsible for any customs-related delays or confiscations.
- Processing fees charged by carriers are separate from duties and taxes.
Undeliverable Items
- Items returned due to unknown address or refusal of receipt will be returned to us.
- Items returned due to refusal to pay customs duties will be subject to restocking fees.
- Additional shipping fees are required for reshipment.
- This also applies to returns due to long-term absence.
